Exchange & Cancellation Policy - Vitalian Fashion
At Vitalian Fashion, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy exchange policy subject to the terms below. Please note that this policy applies only to orders placed through our website.
1. Is exchanging possible with Vitalian Fashion?
Yes, exchanges are possible only for eligible items (refer to point 6). Items must be in their original condition with packaging, labels, and tags intact. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. Exchanges can be made only once per order.
2. Can I exchange a product which is already exchanged? How many times can I exchange an order?
No, an item that has already been exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
3. Can we return purchased goods?
Returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged item upon delivery, contact us immediately at 0753304215 or email [email protected] on the same day of delivery.
4. What if the delivered item is damaged?
We ensure all products pass a strict quality check before shipment. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damages immediately. We will offer a free exchange for damaged items reported at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for damages reported afterward.
5. How do I exchange products with Vitalian Fashion?
To initiate an exchange, follow these steps::
- Email [email protected] with your request.
- Pack the item in its original condition, including labels and tags.
- Specify the item you want in exchange (Please note that we do not reserve items until we receive the returned product).
- Send the item to Vitalian Fashion, No 21/3, Galle Road, Pinwatta, Panadura, Sri Lanka. Inform us before shipping.
- Courier charges for returning the item must be paid by the customer.
- Upon receiving the item, we will conduct a quality check. If it passes, you will receive a coupon code for the item's value, which can be used for future purchases.
- Items failing the quality check will not be eligible for exchange.
6. What items are not exchangeable?
- Items not in the original condition (e.g., Damaged items, items with dirt/makeup/patches).
- Sale/Discounted items.
- Lingerie.
- Swimwear.
- Sarees.
- Handbags.
- Jewellery & Accessories.
- Perfumes & Cosmetics.
- Shoes.
7. I have ordered an incorrect size. Can I replace it with the correct size?
Yes, provided it meets the exchange conditions.
8. What will be the charge for the exchange?
Customers must cover the courier charges for returning items.
9. Have you received the items which I sent for exchange?
If you haven’t received confirmation, contact us at 0753304215 (weekdays before 5:30 PM) or email [email protected].
10. I have purchased a discounted item. I need to exchange it. Can I?
Discounted items can only be exchanged for a different size of the same product. If the product is out of stock, no exchange is possible.
11. Can I get an ongoing discount offer for an exchange order?
No, discounts and offers apply only to new purchases made during the offer period.
12. Can I exchange an item purchased during a discount offer?
Yes, but only for a different size of the same product. If exchanging for a different item, the discount will not apply.
13. What if the exchanged item costs less than my original purchase?
We do not offer refunds or credit notes for price differences. Customers must select an item of equal or higher value and pay the balance if applicable.
Cancellation Policy
1. How to cancel an order?
You can inform us through email ([email protected]), call (0753304215) or through Facebook (https://web.facebook.com/VITALIAN.LK). Please be kind enough to inform us within 24 hours after placing the order since the product will be reserved for you. The cancellation should happen before the order is dispatched from the office.
Cancellation is only possible before the order has been dispatched.
